1. Refunds
- Refunds are provided only if we make a mistake in manufacturing your parts.
- If you supplied incorrect files, specifications, or measurements, we cannot offer a refund.
2. Cancellations
- Once a deposit has been paid and production has started, cancellations are not allowed.
3. Replacements
- If an error is on our side, we will remake the parts at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
4. Warranty
Our services come with the statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. No additional warranty applies.
