Welcome to CNC Australia. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
We provide 2D CNC routing and 3D milling services. Customers provide design files, and we manufacture parts based on those files.
2. Quotes
- All quotes are valid for 14 days.
- Quotes are based on the information and files you provide.
- Final pricing may change if project details differ from the initial request.
3. Payments
- We accept bank transfer only.
- A 10% deposit is required before production begins.
- No GST is charged as we are under the GST threshold.
4. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once a deposit has been paid.
- If we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.
5. Refunds & Liability
- Refunds are only provided if an error is our fault.
- If the error is ours, we will remake the parts or refund your payment.
- We are not responsible for:
- Errors in customer-supplied design files
- Incorrect dimensions, tolerances, or materials specified by the customer
6. Intellectual Property
By submitting design files, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use the designs.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
